You’ll work alongside **collaborative and innovative** teammates.You'll play a key role in maintaining the application packaging lifecycle across Alstom, ensuring seamless deployment and functionality of critical software.
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business, including technical SPOCs, service owners, and architects, to integrate technology solutions, troubleshoot software issues, and enhance user experiences.You’ll specifically take care of packaging, staging, and deploying applications using SCCM and Intune, but also contribute to automation efforts through PowerShell scripting and support global processes.We’ll look to you for:Packaging, repackaging, and automating software installations for Windows desktop softwareTroubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, including file and registry-related problemsSupporting the development and verification of test methods for applicationsCreating and maintaining technical documentation and reportsCollaborating with vendors, IT partners, and stakeholders on application management activitiesMonitoring SNOW ticket queues and resolving L3-level support ticketsContributing to the development of high-quality support services and knowledge base contentAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
