Manager</p><p><br/></p><p>Location: Bangalore.<br/><br/><b>About the Role:</b><br/><br/>As an Analytics Manager - Client Solutions & Data Engineering at Analyttica, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to drive highimpact analytics initiatives.<br/><br/>You will lead and mentor a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts, ensuring delivery excellence, proactive client engagement, and continuous improvement of offshore team productivity.<br/><br/>The role requires a balance of analytical rigor, business acumen, and strong stakeholder management.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities:</b><br/><br/>- Lead end to end delivery of Analytical projects, mentor, and guide a high-performing team of Analysts and Senior Analysts through coaching, capability development, and contextual support.<br/><br/>- Partner with clients across multiple geographies, managing offshore delivery while ensuring alignment with client expectations.<br/><br/>- Translate business problems into analytical solutions by applying logical and data-driven thinking.<br/><br/>- Data Engineering & Infrastructure Ownership: Hands staon experience with ETL/ELT processes, data modeling and query optimization.<br/><br/>- Ensure on-time, error-free delivery while maintaining attention to detail and analytical rigor.<br/><br/>- Establish and enforce processes to enhance productivity and quality across the offshore team.<br/><br/>- Strategic and process leadership: Build and sustain strong client relationships through proactive communication and stakeholder management.<br/><br/>- Communicate business & PNL impact for each analytical solution.<br/><br/>- Anticipate risks by monitoring stakeholder sentiment and addressing issues promptly.<br/><br/>- Willingness to travel to client locations when required.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills and Experience:</b><br/><br/>- Fintech domain experience in US market is a plus.<br/><br/>- 6-10 years of experience (with at least 3 years in people management) in the analytics domain, including at least 3 years of people management experience leading high-performing teams.<br/><br/>- Strong proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel (minimum 8/10 expertise in SQL and Tableau).<br/><br/>- Excel expertise for storytelling, analysis, and dashboarding.<br/><br/>- Data Engineering skills & Data Modelling a plus.<br/><br/>- Advanced SQL skills data manipulation, query optimization, and troubleshooting.<br/><br/>- Hands-on exposure to hypothesis testing, attribution modeling, marketing mix modeling (MMM), and predictive modeling, strong in applications of statistics.<br/><br/>- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take end-to-end ownership of deliverables.<br/><br/>- Proven track record of delivering projects within deadlines without compromising quality.<br/><br/>- Experience in banking and financial services domain preferred.<br/><br/>- Prior experience in client-facing roles with strong communication and consulting capabilities.<br/><br/>- Excellent Soft skills, Strategic thinking, High integrity, Ownership and Accountability.<br/><br/><b>About Us:</b><br/><br/>Analyttica is a rapidly growing leader in data and analytics, driven by a passion for solving complex challenges and delivering high-impact projects.<br/><br/>We specialize in tackling transformative initiatives that shape the future of data-driven business, blending the art and science of data to create lasting value.<br/><br/><b>Our Culture And Values:</b><br/><br/>Our team thrive on innovation, collaboration, and long-term growth, fostering a culture where experimentation, learning, and leadership are encouraged.<br/><br/>We operate with honesty and integrity, where each individual is empowered to take ownership and make a tangible impact, united by our mission to drive meaningful change and push boundaries.<br/><br/>salary - hidden</p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
