<p><p><b>Responsibilities : </b></p><br/><p>- Lead and manage the QA team, including hiring, training, and mentoring QA engineers.</p><br/><p>- Establish and implement QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.</p><br/><p>- Define and execute the QA strategy, including test planning, test case development, and test execution.</p><br/><p>- Coordinate with development and product teams to ensure alignment on quality objectives and priorities.</p><br/><p>- Oversee the creation and maintenance of test plans, test cases, and test data sets.</p><br/><p>- Conduct regular QA reviews and provide feedback to QA engineers on test coverage, test effectiveness, and defect detection.</p><br/><p>- Manage and prioritize QA activities, including test automation, performance testing, and regression testing.</p><br/><p>- Analyze test results, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvements to product quality and reliability.</p><br/><p>- Act as a liaison between QA, development, and product teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.</p><br/><p>- Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, tools, and : </b></p><br/><p>- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.</p><br/><p>- 8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.</p><br/><p>- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.</p><br/><p>- Experience with test management tools and frameworks.</p><br/><p>- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.</p><br/><p>- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.</p><br/><p>- Plans, test cases, and test scripts.</p><br/><p>- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.</p><br/><p>- Experience with test management and bug tracking tools such as Jira or Bugzilla.</p><br/><p>- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.</p><br/><p><b>Must have : </b></p><br/><p>- Experience of managing test automation project/Modules from planning to delivery.</p><br/><p>- Experience of managing manual testing projects/Modules from planning to delivery.</p><br/><p>- Solid experience of estimating, developing, and maintaining robust automated test scripts for multiple application platforms like web, mobile and desktop, using Selenium.</p><br/><p>- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming concepts and should be able to apply them in test automation script development or framework design.</p><br/><p>- Proven experience of creating and maintaining automation frameworks (Preferably supporting BDD approach)</p><br/><p>- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and able to come up with an alternative solution to a technically challenging problem.</p><br/><p>- Experience of managing complex projects, and QA team.</p><br/><p>- Understanding of the waterfall and agile development methodologies Knowledge of DevOps practices.</p><br/><p>- Demonstrate initiative in developing solutions to problems encountered during testing Good in oral and written</p><br/><p>- communication skills and able to take part in meetings and discussions.</p><br/><p>- Proactive personality and able to work autonomously.</p><br/><p>- Ability to work at detailed and abstract levels.</p><br/><p>- Ability to guide junior team members.</p><br/><p>- Good leadership quality Lead and manage the QA team, including hiring, training, and mentoring QA engineers.</p><br/><p>- Establish and implement QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.</p><br/><p>- Define and execute the QA strategy, including test planning, test case development, and test execution.</p><br/>```</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
