We’re looking for a backend developer who can think beyond code — someone who can help shape the backbone of a future-ready digital ecosystem.
Your RoleYou’ll architect and build robust backend systems powering next-gen automation and workflow platforms.
You’ll work on real-time APIs, secure authentication, modular databases, and performance-critical server logic that connects multiple modules and applications.
Responsibilities- Develop backend services using Node.Js / Python (Django / FastAPI).
- Design and manage relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
- Create clean, scalable APIs and handle secure authentication flows.
- Build and maintain modular monolith or microservice architecture.
- Optimize data queries, performance, and response times.
- Integrate with IoT and third-party data streams.
- Collaborate with the frontend and AI teams for data contracts.
- Maintain version control, CI/CD pipelines, and testing workflows.
Requirements- 1–3 years of backend development experience.
- Proficiency in Node.Js / Express or Python / FastAPI.
- Strong database design and query optimization skills.
- Experience with Docker, Git, and REST / GraphQL APIs.
- Understanding of RBAC, authentication, and data security.
- Hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS / GCP / E2E).
Good to Have- Experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ or event-driven systems.
- Familiarity with workflow, or analytics platforms.
- Interest in automation, energy systems.
Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: ₹60,000/month (Fixed)
- Performance Bonus: up to ₹20,000/month (based on sprint completion)
