<p><p><b>Job Summary :</b><br/><br/></p><p>We are looking for a skilled and experienced API MuleSoft Support Engineer to join our technology team.<br/>The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, support, and optimization of the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, ensuring robust API integration, high availability, performance tuning, and seamless CI/CD processes.</p><p><br/></p><p>This role is critical to supporting our enterprise-class applications and maintaining the integrity and security of our API Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p>- Support and manage MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform, including on-premises and Runtime Fabric (RTF) environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Configure and manage APIs, proxy endpoints, developer portals, and API analytics using MuleSoft API Manager.<br/><br/></p><p>- Monitor and support API platform SLAs, availability, incident response, change and problem management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform patching, certificate renewal, and MuleSoft version upgrades (v4.0+) across different environments (on-prem and AKS).<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide support for CI/CD pipeline related issues, integration, and troubleshooting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Continuously improve and optimize system performance by streamlining alerts and setting up proactive monitoring.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain and document operational runbooks for internal use and cross-functional teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with vendors to raise and track product support tickets, ensuring timely resolutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR), performance, and load testing exercises.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with development and architecture teams for orchestration and integration of MuleSoft solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure adherence to API security standards, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and related protocols.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support the entire API service lifecycle including development, deployment, monitoring, alerting, tracing, and troubleshooting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work within Agile teams and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and other Agile Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/></p>- 3+ years of experience in administration and engineering of the MuleSoft Platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- 5+ years of overall experience supporting enterprise-grade applications in engineering/support roles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft v4.0+, Anypoint Platform, and RTF (Runtime Fabric).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with high availability, fault tolerance, and performance tuning of APIs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and tools related to MuleSoft deployment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in certificate management, including renewal across environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of integration design patterns, error handling, logging, security models, encryption, and testing frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid grasp of API security protocols, especially OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working on Azure or other cloud platforms is a plus.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with tools and practices for monitoring, alerting, and tracing services.<br/><br/></p><p>- MuleSoft certification is preferred (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect, Developer, or Integration Architect)</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
