Job Specification: Candidates should have prior experience working in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud applications.
The candidate should be experienced working with onsite leads and clients to understand and document requirements.
Candidate should be proficient in cloud application knowledge to be able to perform fit-gap analysis, configure solution and test it.
Roles & Responsibilities: Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) – Individual should be able to drive discussions with cross geography counterparts Individual must have end-to-end implementation experience in oracle fusion.
Individuals should have end to end delivery management experience of small to mid-size projects, good mentoring, and coaching skills.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.
