You will act as the primary point of contact across cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation, integration, and delivery of Coupa projects.<br/><br/>You will work on full lifecycle implementation projects, collaborate with ERP and middleware teams, and lead best practices in procurement systems.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Lead end-to-end implementation and integration of Coupa applications, particularly across ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.), suppliers, invoicing, and account coding systems.<br/><br/>- Architect, design, and implement robust data models and integration frameworks between Coupa and enterprise systems.<br/><br/>- Serve as the primary SME for Coupa functionality and integration strategies.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and deliver scalable Coupa solutions.<br/><br/>- Coordinate with ERP, middleware (MuleSoft, Oracle Fusion, Boomi), and other procurement tool teams (Ivalua, Jaggaer, Zycus).<br/><br/>- Provide functional guidance on P2P and Accounts Payable processes.<br/><br/>- Manage teams and guide junior consultants on best practices.<br/><br/>- Maintain documentation for designs, testing, and deployment processes.<br/><br/>- Stay updated with new Coupa releases and industry standards.<br/><br/><b>Skills Required :</b><br/><br/><b>Must To Have Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Coupa functional and technical expertise with hands-on experience in at least two full lifecycle implementations.<br/><br/>- Coupa Certification is essential.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of procurement chain systems and related ERP domains.<br/><br/>- Exposure to integration tools like MuleSoft, Boomi, Oracle Fusion.<br/><br/>- Understanding of P2P, supplier integration, and invoicing processes.<br/><br/><b>Good To Have Skills :</b><br/><br/>- Familiarity with other procurement suites such as Ivalua, Jaggaer, and Zycus.<br/><br/>- Experience with SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft ERP systems.<br/><br/>- Experience in working with global and multicultural teams.<br/><br/><b>Professional & Technical Competencies :</b><br/><br/>- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to foster a team-oriented and collaborative environment.<br/><br/>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br/><br/>- Multinational project exposure preferred.<br/><br/>- Willingness to learn new technologies and platforms.<br/><br/><b>Additional Information :</b><br/><br/>- Open to travel short term and long term.<br/><br/>- Strong desire to work in an information systems environment.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
