Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience in an application support, technical support.
- Prior experience in the banking, financial services, or lending industry is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills:
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data.
- Familiarity with relational databases (e.G., Oracle, SQL Server).
- Experience with a ticketing system like JIRA.
- Basic understanding of application logs and monitoring tools.
- Experience with integration technologies (SOAP/REST etc.)
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Familiarity with version control tools (Git, GitHub/Bitbucket).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Solid understanding of InfoSec principles, secure coding practices, and vulnerability management.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating security checks.
- Work closely with DevOps, QA, and InfoSec teams to ensure secure software delivery pipelines.
