About the Role
We are seeking an AI Specialist who combines deep technical expertise with business acumen to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered solutions.
This role goes beyond experimentation—you will apply AI technologies to solve real-world challenges in marketing, sales, service, operations, and customer support.
As a core member of the delivery team, you will collaborate with consultants, strategists, and product experts to build scalable solutions using LLMs, generative AI, predictive analytics, automation platforms, and CRM/marketing technologies.
You will also act as a subject matter expert, demystifying AI for clients and internal stakeholders while ensuring ethical, secure, and compliant adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Strategy & Implementation
- Translate business needs into AI solutions across marketing, sales, service, and operations.
- Lead discovery sessions and define use cases with measurable outcomes.
- Develop roadmaps for AI adoption and integration into workflows.
- Solution Development & Integration
- Build, configure, and deploy AI use cases using Salesforce Einstein, Data Cloud, Gemini, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, LangChain, AutoGPT, Agentforce, and similar platforms.
- Engineer and refine prompts for specialized business use cases.
- Design automation workflows using tools like Make, N8N, Zapier, or low/no-code platforms.
- Integrate AI tools with CRMs, marketing automation, analytics, and reporting systems.
- Optimization & Quality Assurance
- Collaborate with algorithm teams to enhance NLP models and intent recognition.
- Develop monitoring systems to track AI performance and recommend improvements.
- Ensure all solutions meet data privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
- Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with stakeholders to create AI-powered strategies and deliverables.
- Train internal teams on AI tools, frameworks, and prompt engineering.
- Maintain prompt libraries, solution documentation, and playbooks.
- Innovation & Research
- Continuously explore new AI technologies, APIs, and vendor tools.
- Conduct proof-of-concepts and impact analyses to measure business value.
- Provide thought leadership on AI trends in marketing, operations, and customer service.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 5+ years in technology solutions, consulting, or related fields.
- 2+ years hands-on experience with AI solutions (generative AI, predictive analytics, agentic AI, LLMs).
- Proven experience developing AI agents, applications, or workflows.
- Strong background in CRM, marketing automation, and data-driven solutions.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt engineering.
- Familiarity with AI platforms and APIs (LangChain, AutoGPT, Agent.ai, Copilot).
- Knowledge of NLP models (e.g., BERT, GPT) and business applications.
- Hands-on experience with integration (RESTful APIs, webhooks) and basic scripting (Python preferred).
- Exposure to generative AI tools (DALL-E, MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) is a plus.
- Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Salesforce AI Specialist/Einstein certifications preferred.

- Technical Skills:
- 3+ years hands-on AI/ML development experience
- Proficiency with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google)
- Experience with automation platforms (Make, Zapier, N8N)
- Programming skills in Python/JavaScript
- API integration experience (preferably with booking/GDS systems)
- Cloud platform knowledge (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Industry Knowledge:
- Understanding of travel booking workflows (PREFERRED)
- Experience with CRM/customer data platforms
- Knowledge of revenue management concepts (PLUS)
- Business Skills:
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
