            Job Description
            
                Join Ivy School for the role of Partnerships & Sales Manager.
This role is designed for someone who can combine desk-based strategy with on-the-ground relationship building to deliver high-impact school partnerships.
Role Highlights:
- Shift: 9 AM – 5 PM IST
- Work Mode: 60% Desk + 40% Travel
What You’ll Do
Build Trust & Open New Doors
- Drive school partnerships, bootcamps, afterschool programs, and B2C educational offerings.
Market Sensing & School Targeting
- Identify partner schools across NCR & Tier-1/2 cities.
- Map decision-makers (Principals, Trustees, Curriculum Heads).
- Understand regional school boards, pricing, and openness to innovation.
Consultative Selling
- Lead discovery calls to uncover school needs.
- Position Ivy School as a future-ready solution.
- Tailor pitch decks for CBSE, ICSE, and IB schools.
Pipeline Ownership
- Manage full sales cycle: prospect → pitch → proposal → closure → onboarding.
- Track leads and conversions on CRM (HubSpot).
- Achieve weekly KPIs (e.g., 20 new school connects/week).
Evangelism
- Represent Ivy at education fairs, webinars, and leadership forums with Bob.
- Build a personal brand around edtech + innovation in education.
- Share success stories and best practices.
Revenue & Relationship Ownership
- Own ambitious revenue targets (₹15 L / month for top performers).
- Drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
- Ensure partner satisfaction (NPS ≥ 9.0).
Feedback & Growth
- Relay market insights to curriculum, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Co-design pilots or co-branded initiatives with schools.
- Help shape Ivy’s go-to-market strategy.
Who We’re Looking For
- 3–10 years of experience in K-12, edtech, or institutional sales.
- Strong consultative selling & relationship-building skills.
- Desk + travel experience in education sales.
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot a plus).
- Hungry to grow, ambitious, and passionate about education.
Location: NCR (travel required)
