Job description

The Senior Manager- Delivery will lead execution of cybersecurity projects across industrial OT and enterprise IT environments.

This role demands ownership of client-facing delivery, team management, and execution of cybersecurity projects that span assessments, implementation, and managed services.
The candidate will act as a project owner for multiple customer engagements, managing delivery teams, coordinating across functions, and driving outcomes aligned to SLAs, quality metrics, and business value.
Qualification Details
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Computer Science preferred)
- Certifications: PMP, ITIL, ISO 27001 LA, CISSP or equivalent.
- Experience with cybersecurity tools: NGFW, SIEM, EDR, IAM, PAM, vulnerability management, etc.
- Prior experience in managed services or consulting firms.
Must-have
- 12 + years of experience in cybersecurity project delivery, including minimum 5 years in team or program management.
- Strong exposure to OT and/or IT cybersecurity technologies, services, and architectures.
- Hands-on familiarity with industry standards like NIST, ISO 27001, IEC 62443, ITIL.
- Client-facing experience with large industrial or infra clients (power, ports, airports, etc.).
- Strong people and delivery management skills with project financial awareness.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Ownership
- Own and execute cybersecurity projects end-to-end, across OT/IT domains.
- Define delivery plans, allocate resources, manage risks, and ensure timely and quality completion.
- Track SLAs, cost, effort, and productivity metrics across engagements.
- Escalation point for operational or client issues; ensure swift resolution.
Client Engagement & Governance
- Act as day-to-day interface with customer stakeholders for all delivery matters.
- Drive reviews, reporting cadence, and continuous feedback loops.
- Translate client needs into actionable tasks, ensuring alignment with contractual scope.
Team & People Management
- Manage delivery personnel including leads and engineers.
- Develop high-performing teams and drive retention.
Process Adherence & Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, ITIL, etc.).
- Institutionalize reusable delivery accelerators, templates, and knowledge-sharing practices.
- Identify improvement areas and drive operational efficiency initiatives.
