Position Overview:
Clarion Technologies is in search of an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in IT sales.

This role is ideal for a candidate who possesses over 10 years of experience in the field, including a minimum of 5 years in managing a sales team.

The Sales Specialist will be instrumental in driving our business growth, leveraging their expertise in IT products and services, and leading a team to achieve exceptional sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced Product Knowledge: Demonstrate an expert understanding of our IT products and services to confidently engage with clients.
- Strategic Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and develop new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
- Leadership in Sales Strategy: Lead and mentor a sales team, developing resilient strategies to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Market Expertise: Conduct in-depth market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movements.
- Customized IT Solutions: Work closely with the technical team to develop solutions that cater specifically to client needs.
- Skilled Negotiation and Deal Closure: Apply advanced negotiation skills to effectively close deals, balancing client satisfaction with profitability.
- Superior After-Sales Support: Provide exemplary post-sale service, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Effective Team Management: Lead, inspire, and manage a sales team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
- Accurate Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation of detailed sales reports and analysis for informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT sales, with at least 5 years in a team management role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Expertise in market analysis and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
