Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Enterprise Software Sales Specialist to join our Retail Division.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail technology, including SaaS-based ERP and POS software, and a proven ability to drive sales across enterprise retail organizations.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business acquisition by actively hunting opportunities across the assigned regions .
- Conduct customer requirement gathering and gap analysis to deliver tailored product demonstrations.
- Manage complete sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, product demonstration, negotiation, and closure.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives consistently.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Senior Product Experts for complex solution configurations.
- Prepare and present commercials and coordinate with clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Deliver engaging presentations to stakeholders including CXO-level executives, showcasing the value of Intellect’s solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide pre-sales support, conduct product demonstrations, and train Channel Partners on the INTELLECT COMMERCE 6Dx Product Suite.
- Support implementation by adhering to standard methodologies and providing necessary user training and support.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail industry sales, with deep understanding of the retail domain.
- Strong background in SaaS-based product sales, particularly ERP and POS software.
- Demonstrated ability to identify new business opportunities and drive lead generation activities.
- Full lifecycle sales experience — from initial contact to deal closure.
- Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Adept at building strong relationships, internally and externally, with a focus on influencing CXO-level decision makers.
- Highly organized and capable of prioritizing tasks for effective follow-up and pipeline management.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and a quick learner with a growth mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
