Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in ServiceNow IT Business Management (ITBM) to lead digital workflow delivery from demand to implementation.

The role involves requirement gathering, process analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and solution design aligned with banking standards.
Key Responsibilities
