Experience: 2+ years in IT sales, preferably in custom software services

1.

Role Overview:


We are seeking a strong and self-motivated Sales Professional who can generate high-quality leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships in the domain of mobile apps, web development, AI, and blockchain solutions.


2.

Key Responsibilities:


Identify and target potential clients in relevant industries through outbound and inbound channels.


Generate qualified leads for mobile app development, web platforms, AI solutions (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics), and blockchain applications (e.g., smart contracts, DApps).


Develop and execute strategies for cold outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, calls, and events.


Conduct client presentations, product demos, and proposal discussions.


Collaborate with the technical team to shape tailored proposals and estimates.


Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

3. Requirements:
Proven track record in sales for software development services (mobile, web, or emerging tech).

Familiarity with AI and blockchain concepts and their business applications would be added advantage

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to understand technical offerings and translate them into business value.

Experience working with international clients (US, UK, EU, etc.) is a plus.

Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and entrepreneurial attitude.

4.

Nice to Have:

Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Apollo, or similar.

Network in industries like fintech, healthcare, logistics, or e-commerce.

5.

Compensation:

Fixed salary + Bonus on target meet
