<p><p><b>Job Title :</b> PreSales Solution Architect ServiceNow.<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Ascendion Offices in Bangalore / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai.<br/><br/><b>Job Type :</b> Full-time Hybrid / Remote.<br/><br/><b>Experience :</b> 10+ years overall, with at least 8 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including 4+ years as a ServiceNow PreSales Solution Architect.<br/><br/><b>Job Description :</b><br/><br/>Ascendion is seeking a dynamic and highly skilled PreSales Solution Architect with extensive experience in ServiceNow to join our growing team.<br/><br/>As a PreSales Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our ServiceNow solutions, working closely with both sales and delivery teams, as well as directly with clients to understand their business needs and technical requirements.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/><b>PreSales Support :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Engage with prospective clients to understand business challenges, map out requirements, and propose relevant ServiceNow solutions.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling and customized presentations, demos, and proposals that align with client objectives.<br/><br/>- Develop and deliver high-impact presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to articulate the value proposition of ServiceNow products and solutions.<br/><br/><b>Solution Design & Architecture :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with client requirements.<br/><br/>- Provide subject matter expertise in ServiceNow features, modules, and best practices to ensure the solutions are tailored to client needs.<br/><br/>- Advise clients on industry trends, best practices, and ServiceNow capabilities to foster long-term client relationships.<br/><br/><b>Technical Leadership :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Serve as the go-to expert for ServiceNow-related technical questions and provide guidance to internal teams and clients.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution design is aligned with capabilities and feasibility.<br/><br/>- Review technical requirements and assess any gaps or opportunities for improvement in existing workflows.<br/><br/><b>Continuous Improvement :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Stay updated with the latest developments in ServiceNow products and features, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of technology.<br/><br/>- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams on client needs and potential improvements in ServiceNow solutions.<br/><br/>- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and processes within the organization.<br/><br/><b>Skills & Experience :</b><br/><br/><b>Required Skills :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- 10+ years of experience in IT service management and enterprise applications, with at least 8 years dedicated to ServiceNow.<br/><br/>- Minimum 4 years of experience working as a PreSales Solution Architect specifically with ServiceNow.<br/><br/>- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, and custom development (if applicable).<br/><br/>- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and effective ServiceNow solutions.<br/><br/>- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with experience presenting to C-level executives.<br/><br/>- Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams including sales, delivery, and leadership.<br/><br/>- Ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously and prioritize competing deadlines.<br/><br/><b>Desired Skills :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with ServiceNow integration tools, web services (REST, SOAP), and data management best practices.<br/><br/>- Experience with ServiceNow development, scripting, and custom applications is a plus.<br/><br/>- Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies is preferred.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
