<p><p><b>Description :</b> Implementation Architect.<br/><br/><b>Experience :</b> 5+ years.<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Bangalore / Coimbatore / Remote (India).<br/><br/><b>About AppViewX :</b><br/><br/>AppViewX is trusted by global organizations to reduce risk, ensure compliance, and increase visibility across machine identity management and application infrastructure security.<br/><br/>Work with our cutting-edge Automation Platform, streamline workflows, and help prevent outages and security incidents, protecting enterprise reputation and bottom line.<br/><br/>Certified a Great Place to Work in India.<br/><br/><b>Role Overview :</b><br/><br/>As an Implementation Architect, you will : <br/><br/></p><p>- Drive customer onboarding, solutioning, and adoption of AppViewX products.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead implementation for automating IT Network and Public Key Infrastructure.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maximize customer value by blending deep technical expertise with business insights.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/><b>Customer Onboarding :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Design Architects to implement solutions for new customers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Translate business challenges into technical solutions and facilitate quick go-live.<br/><br/><b>Adoption & Value Quantification :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Support continuous adoption and usage with additional implementations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Serve as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through challenges.<br/><br/></p><p>- Identify new use cases to support account growth and renewals.<br/><br/><b>Customer Experience & Engagement :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Provide customer feedback to enhance organizational processes and customer experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Contribute to Customer Business Reviews for process improvement.<br/><br/><b>Roadmap Planning :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate needs into new solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with Product and Engineering to prioritize enhancements and shape the long-term roadmap.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Experience:</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Minimum 5 years in a technical implementation role.<br/><br/></p><p>- Willingness to work US Shift hours.<br/><br/></p><p>- Minimum 3 years in customer-facing technical roles (Customer Success Engineer, Solution, Professional Services, Technical Support, or SME), preferably post-sales for SaaS enterprise software.<br/><br/></p><p>- Domain Expertise: PKI, DNS, Active Directory, Cloud, ADCS, CRL, OCSP, and associated cryptographic standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Certificate Lifecycle management/operations.<br/><br/></p><p>- PKI implementation processes.<br/><br/></p><p>- PKI integrations, MS Intune, SCEP, and enrollment practices.<br/><br/><b>Hands-on :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Kubernetes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Linux / Windows server management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Apache, IIS (application expertise).<br/><br/><b>Preferred :</b> CISSP/CISM/CISA certifications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent troubleshooting, deployment, organization, and multitasking skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working with Fortune 500 organizations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exceptional communication (written & oral) and listening skills.<br/><br/><b>Good To Have Skills :</b><br/><br/></p><p>- Fast learner with a strong drive for continuous technology growth.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in providing strategic feedback to improve products and processes.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
