<p>Implementation Architect<br/><br/>Experience : 6+ years<br/><br/>Location : we are and What we do?<br/><br/>AppViewX is trusted by the world's leading global organizations to reduce risk, ensure compliance, and increase visibility through machine identity management and application infrastructure security and orchestration.<br/><br/> At AppViewX, you will get to work with our bleeding edge Automation Platform that facilitates digital transformation through streamlined workflows to prevent outages, reduce security incidents and protect both an enterprise's reputation and bottom line.<br/><br/> AppViewX has also been certified as a Great Place to Work in India, cementing us as an employer of choice.<br/><br/>What will you be responsible for?<br/><br/>Customer Success Implementation Architects play a key role in driving Customer onboarding, Solutioning and ongoing adoption and usage of AppViewX product.<br/><br/> You will lead the implementation of AppViewX solutions for automating customer IT Network infrastructure and Public Key Infrastructure.<br/><br/> You will combine your deep technical knowledge with an understanding of customer business objectives /challenges help customers maximize the value of AppViewX products.<br/><br/>Onboarding :<br/><br/>- Working with our Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Design Architects, implement AppViewX technology to solve specific business challenges for our new customers<br/><br/>- Address customer objectives/success criteria with in-depth technical attention to help customer Go-live quickly.<br/><br/>Adoption and Value Quantification :<br/><br/>- Working with our Customer Success Managers and Customer Success Design Architects, implement additional AppViewX technology to solve specific business challenges for our new customers<br/><br/>- Act as a trusted technical advisor by assisting customers navigate technical challenges throughout the implementation process.<br/><br/>- Identify new use cases as part of account growth/renewal strategy<br/><br/>Customer Experience/Engagement :<br/><br/>- Use your experiences working with customers to provide feedback to the rest of the AppViewX organization on how we can improve the customer experience, speed time-to-value, and create greater benefits for our customers<br/><br/>- Contribute to Customer Business Reviews highlighting potential areas of improvements.<br/><br/> Roadmap Planning :<br/><br/>- Partner closely with other cross-functional team members (e., sales, product management, support, services, delivery) to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions<br/><br/>- Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to prioritize product enhancements and long term roadmap based on customer/industry priorities.<br/><br/> What do we require?<br/><br/>- Minimum 5 years' experience working in a technical implementation role / customer-facing technical roles (such as Customer Success Engineer, Solution Engineer, Professional Services Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, Subject Matter Expert), preferably in a post-sales capacity, for a SaaS company with enterprise software products.

Open to work in US Shift<br/><br/>- Love of programming, solid coding skills in one or more of the following languages : Python, JavaScript, Java.<br/><br/>- Experience with web service development and using RESTful APIs<br/><br/>- Understanding of configuration management tools such as Chef/Puppet/Vagrant/Ansible/Salt preferred<br/><br/>- Experience with building Jenkins/automated test frameworks preferred<br/><br/>- Domain knowledge on PKI, DNS, Active Directory, cloud, ADCS, CRL, OCSP, and associated cryptographic standards<br/><br/>- Experience with Certificate Life Cycle management/operations<br/><br/>- Experience with PKI implementation processes<br/><br/>- Experience with PKI integrations, MS Intune, SCEP, other enrollment practices<br/><br/>- Hands on experience with :<br/><br/>1.
