<p><p>Gyansys C2H (Payroll : Magnify).<br/><br/>Role : Architect SAP BTP, Group Reporting, SAC, PaPM & BW/4HANA.<br/><br/>Experience : 10- 12 years.<br/><br/>Location : Remote.<br/><br/>Notice Period : Immediate - 15 days.</p><p><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead the design and architecture of SAP solutions, focusing on S/4HANA BTP Group Reporting, SAC, PaPM, and BW/4HANA.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Design, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA solutions, focusing on FI, Banking and Group Reporting.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing SAP BTP services, including SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP Integration Suite, to develop and deploy scalable solutions.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Develop comprehensive SAP S/4HANA solutions that align with business needs and technology strategies.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead integration initiatives for SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Profitability and Performance Management (PaPM).<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Oversee S/4 conversion projects, ensuring seamless transition and integration with existing systems.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SAP suite integration and AWS Cloud adoption.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Monitor system performance, implement optimizations, and troubleshoot technical issues.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery solutions are in place.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead the implementation of S/4HANA modules to meet specific business needs.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Configure and customize S/4HANA for optimal performance and functionality.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Oversee data migration, system conversion, and integration processes.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Ensure adherence to best practices in system development and deployment.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, particularly FI and CO.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in configuring integration with SAP Analytics Cloud, S/4HANA BW/4HANA, and BPC.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BPC, SAP BW, SAP BI-IP, PaPM, or tools for consolidation, planning, and analytics.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels, including remote team members.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience in delivering financial planning solutions, such as workforce or driver based planning, using SAP Analytics Cloud (highly advantageous).<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Proven ability to design and implement integration solutions using SAP Integration.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Suite, ensuring seamless connectivity between various systems and applications.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in AWS Cloud technologies and integration.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience with Agile project management methodologies.</p><p><br/><b>Candidate Profile :</b><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- 10 to 12 years of experience in SAP.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- SAP S/4HANA certification is highly preferred.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- AWS knowledge is a plus.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Proven ability to lead complex SAP projects and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Ability to stay updated with the latest SAP and AWS technologies and trends.<br/></p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
