<p><p><b>Role Overview :</b><br/><br/> As the SAP Supply Chain Solution Architect, you will play a critical leadership role in Arganos SAP practice, focused on designing and delivering complex supply chain transformations enabled by SAP S/4HANA.<br/><br/> This position requires deep functional expertise across supply chain domains (Plan-to-Produce, Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, Logistics, etc.), with a demonstrated ability to drive end-to-end value through SAP digital solutions.<br/><br/> You will partner closely with clients and internal teams to architect scalable, future-ready SAP supply chain strategies that directly align with business goals.<br/><br/> <b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/> <b>Requirements Management & Supply Chain Analysis :</b><br/><br/> - Lead the capture, analysis, and translation of supply chain business requirements into SAP S/4HANA solutions.<br/><br/></p><p> - Challenge the status quo to uncover high-impact improvements across procurement, manufacturing, planning, logistics, and warehouse processes.<br/><br/></p><p> - Design future-state supply chain solutions aligned to enterprise goals and S/4HANA capabilities.<br/><br/></p><p> - Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams with a deep understanding of supply chain operations and SAP architecture.<br/><br/></p><p> - Guide business partners toward best practices and process optimizations supported by SAP.<br/><br/> <b>Creating Strategic Business Cases :</b><br/><br/> - Develop strong, data-driven business cases that articulate the value of supply chain transformation initiatives.<br/><br/></p><p> - Align SAP roadmaps with broader supply chain and business strategies, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and measurable ROI.<br/><br/></p><p> - Stay current on industry supply chain trends, regulatory shifts, and innovations to inform solution </p><p>recommendations.<br/><br/> <b>Project Planning & Estimation :</b><br/><br/> - Provide accurate estimates for solution design and implementation efforts, particularly for supply chain-focused SAP S/4HANA initiatives.<br/><br/></p><p> - Collaborate with PMO and delivery teams to align resourcing and timelines with client expectations.<br/><br/> <b>Architecture & Solution Design :</b><br/><br/> - Lead solution architecture for complex SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Management implementations.<br/><br/></p><p> - Design integrated solutions across modules like MM, PP, EWM, TM, and IBP, ensuring they work harmoniously with financials, sales, and production systems.<br/><br/></p><p> - Define architectural patterns that promote reusability, scalability, and long-term maintainability.<br/><br/></p><p> - Advise clients on best-fit supply chain processes and how to leverage SAP standard functionality.<br/><br/> <b>Client Relationship & Advisory :</b><br/><br/> - Build strong, trust-based relationships with business and IT stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p> - Act as a strategic advisor throughout the lifecycle of the engagementfrom discovery and blueprinting through implementation and support.<br/><br/></p><p> - Translate technical complexities into business value and clear recommendations.<br/><br/> <b>Implementation & Delivery Oversight :</b><br/><br/> - Lead full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA SCM implementations (greenfield, brownfield, or selective transformations).<br/><br/></p><p> - Collaborate with project teams to deliver solutions that meet or exceed SLAs and client expectations.<br/><br/></p><p> - Oversee and ensure quality in supply chain configuration, testing, deployment, and user adoption.<br/><br/></p><p> - Resolve supply chain system issues and guide continuous improvement efforts post go-live.<br/><br/> <b>Requirements :</b><br/><br/> - Batchelor's/Master's in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.<br/><br/></p><p> - 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting with strong specialization in Supply Chain modules.<br/><br/></p><p> - Minimum of 3 full-cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA focused on supply chain functions.<br/><br/></p><p> - Must have experience of S/4 HANA Public/Private Cloud Implementations.<br/><br/></p><p> - Deep expertise in at least 3 of the following SAP areas: MM, PP, WM/EWM, TM, IBP, or APO.<br/><br/></p><p> - Strong understanding of supply chain best practices, manufacturing operations, logistics execution, and inventory control.<br/><br/></p><p> - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive leadership.<br/><br/></p><p> - Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex global deployments.<br/><br/></p><p> -
