Understand technical specifications and functionality of Arista Security products: NDR (Network Detection and Response) and ETM (EdgeThreat Management).</p><p><br/> - Create clear, concise, and comprehensive automated test cases for functional, regression, integration, scaling and performance testing.<br/><br/></p><p> - Be insightful and diligent to anticipate and skillfully manage challenging edge cases and various failure scenarios.<br/><br/></p><p> - Be highly effective in writing clean, efficient code for building reliable, maintainable solutions and successfully deploying them into our production test automation infrastructure.<br/><br/></p><p> - Be proactive in enhancing and maintaining it.<br/><br/></p><p> - Demonstrate ability to complete the assigned tasks on time with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.<br/><br/></p><p> - Design and build network topologies for feature, systems (solution/Integration), scaling and performance testing.<br/><br/></p><p> - Employ network testing tools such as IPerf, IXIA, Nmap and BreakingPoint to evaluate the functionality, performance, reliability, and interoperability of security systems.<br/><br/></p><p> - Analyze test failures to identify defects.<br/><br/></p><p> - Manage the resolution and verification process for identified defects.<br/><br/></p><p> - Automate test cases using Python and Robot frame work.<br/><br/></p><p> - Participate in technical discussions, testplan reviews and code reviews.<br/><br/></p><p> - Document testing processes and outcomes.<br/><br/></p><p> - Clearly communicate project and testing progress to stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p> - Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our test strategies, methodologies, tools, and processes through innovative approaches.<br/><br/></p><p> - Be part of a culture of continual improvement and mutual support with expectations to keep </p><p>pushing the envelope and solve difficult problems.<br/><br/></p><p> - Mentor and collaborate with junior engineers by sharing your knowledge and : </b>BE/ B.Tech/ME/M.Tech with 5-8 years of networking industry experience.</p><p><br/> - Strong programming experience in Python and the Robot automation framework.</p></p><p><br/> - Hands-on experience with Git reviews and merging pull-requests.</p><p><br/> - Hands-on experience configuring routers and firewalls (including Next-Generation Firewalls).<br/><br/></p><p> - Strong understanding of IP Routing, network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), VPNs and </p><p>network traffic analysis tools (e., Wireshark).</p><p><br/></p><p> - Experience with performance testing, load testing, and system scalability.<br/><br/></p><p> - Experience using traffic tools such as BreakingPoint, IxNetwork, IxLoad.<br/><br/></p><p> - Experience working in Linux (command line usage, troubleshooting and basic system </p><p>administration).<br/><br/></p><p> - Ability to analyze user stories and technical specifications to create effective and </p><p>comprehensive test cases.<br/><br/></p><p> - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working in cross-functional teams and </p><p>articulating technical concepts clearly.<br/><br/></p><p> - Experience in IDS/IPS and related security technologies is a plus.<br/><br/></p><p> - Experience with traffic tools like NMap, Nessus, Scapy, IPerf and monitoring tools like Grafana is a plus.<br/><br/></p><p> -
