<p><p><b>Role : </b>Fraud Monitoring Analyst<br/><br/><b>Exp :</b> 4 to 8 years<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Kochi<br/><br/><b>Job Type :</b> </b><b>:</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>We are seeking experienced Fraud Monitoring Analysts/Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) to join our dynamic Fraud Risk & Monitoring team.
The ideal candidates will bring robust experience in transaction monitoring, financial fraud detection, and a solid understanding of real-time payment systems and anti-fraud Responsibilities :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Monitor fraud transactions and respond in real time.<br/><br/></p><p>- Analyze Mastercard/Visa transaction flows and identify suspicious activity.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Execute BIN-level fraud detection and alerting.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work with anti-fraud platforms and dashboards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Use SQL for querying fraud-related transaction data.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain fraud dashboards and reports.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with internal teams to improve system reliability and fraud controls.<br/><br/></p><p>- Leverage Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) for quick data analysis and Qualifications :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Overall experience : 4+ years<br/><br/></p><p>- Fraud monitoring experience : Minimum 1- 2 years<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with anti-fraud platforms and technologies</p><p><br/>- Familiarity with Mastercard/Visa transaction flows<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of ISO 8583 messaging standard<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong command of Excel (Pivots, Lookups, etc.)<br/><br/></p><p>- SQL skills for data analysis<br/><br/></p><p>- Background in payments Background :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Experience in real-time fraud alerting systems<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to card networks, wallets, or PSPs<br/><br/></p><p>- SRE mindset with attention to platform reliability in fraud environments</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
