This role is a unique blend of software engineering, automation, and applied artificial intelligence.

As an AI Engineer, you will play a key part in designing and building tools that empower operations teams, streamline business processes, and deliver seamless customer support experiences.

Unlike conventional engineering roles, this position focuses not only on building scalable systems but also on embedding AI and ML intelligence into those systems to maximize efficiency and reduce manual workload.<br/><br/>You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across operations, technology, and business functions to understand pain points and identify opportunities for automation.

From developing AI-enhanced internal applications to integrating SaaS platforms and deploying ML-driven solutions, your contributions will directly improve the productivity of teams and enhance the customer journey.

Leverage AI/ML models to address repetitive workflows and enhance tool intelligence.

<br/><br/>- AI-Driven Solutions : Evaluate business processes to identify opportunities where AI/ML models can be deployed to optimize operations, reduce manual intervention, and increase accuracy.

<br/><br/>- Systems Integration : Build and manage integrations with SaaS platforms such as Hubspot, JIRA, and Zendesk using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and modern web development practices.

<br/><br/>- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with operations, customer support, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Provide AI-powered recommendations that improve processes and service delivery.

<br/><br/>- Maintenance & Troubleshooting : Monitor the performance of integrations and automation pipelines, resolving technical issues in a timely manner to ensure minimal business disruption.

<br/><br/>- Documentation : Develop comprehensive documentation for internal tools, integration workflows, and AI/ML models to ensure knowledge sharing and scalability.

<br/><br/>- Continuous Improvement : Research and adopt the latest advancements in AI/ML frameworks, automation practices, and web technologies.

Regularly propose enhancements to existing systems and workflows.

<br/><br/>- User Experience Focus : Ensure tools and solutions are intuitive, reliable, and designed to provide maximum ease of use for internal stakeholders.

<br/><br/><b>Knowledge, Skills, And Capabilities : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Strong background in core web technologies : HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

<br/><br/>- Proven expertise in developing APIs (RESTful & GraphQL).

<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with backend frameworks such as Express.js (Node.js), Django (Python), or Spring Boot (Java).

<br/><br/>- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash) for automation, data handling, and workflow optimization.

<br/><br/>- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and knowledge of deploying models in production environments.

<br/><br/>- Understanding of integrating ML solutions into existing business systems and ensuring real-time performance.

<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a detail-oriented and analytical approach.

<br/><br/>- Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams.

<br/><br/>- Capable of handling multiple projects independently and delivering within deadlines.

<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, especially leveraging their AI/ML services.

<br/><br/>- Experience with APIs specific to Hubspot, Zendesk, or JIRA.

<br/><br/>- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and ML deployment workflows.

<br/><br/>- Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) for automating text-heavy workflows.

<br/><br/>- Experience in creating dashboards or monitoring tools to track the impact of AI-driven automation.
