<p><p><b>Solution/Technical Architect Open-Source Stack : </b>12 to 15 years<br/><br/><b>Location : </b>Kochi<br/><br/><b>Role Overview :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>We are seeking a highly skilled Solution/Technical Architect with strong expertise in open source technologies.
The ideal candidate will design, architect, and oversee the implementation of large-scale, high performance, and secure platforms leveraging Java, Node.js, and microservices Responsibilities :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Define and own the technical architecture for enterprise-grade, scalable solutions on open-source platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead the design of microservices-based architectures, ensuring modularity, performance, and Drive performance tuning strategies for high-volume, low-latency platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure adherence to security best practices, compliance requirements, and secure coding standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with product, DevOps, and engineering teams to establish cloud-native solutions (AWS/GCP/Azure).<br/><br/></p><p>- Evaluate and adopt open-source frameworks, libraries, and tools to optimize solution design.<br/><br/></p><p>- Mentor developers and enforce coding, testing, and architectural standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct proof of concepts (PoCs) for new frameworks and Skills & Experience :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- 12+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in an architect role.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Express.js, REST, GraphQL.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proven experience in designing large-scale distributed systems and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).</p><p><br/></p><p>- Deep knowledge of microservices, APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience in performance optimization, caching strategies (Redis, Memcached), and database tuning (SQL/NoSQL).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of security principles, OWASP, and identity management (OAuth2, JWT, SAML, OpenID Connect).<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong communication and leadership skills to engage with cross-functional stakeholders</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
