<p>Job Position : Technical Architect.<br/><br/> Work Mode : Work From Office.<br/><br/> Experience : 12 + Yrs.<br/><br/> Role Overview :</p><p><br/></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled Solution/Technical Architect with strong expertise in open-source technologies.<br/><br/> The ideal candidate will design, architect, and oversee the implementation of large-scale, high-performance, and secure platforms leveraging Java, Node.js, and microservices architectures.<br/><br/> Key Responsibilities :</p><p><br/></p><p>- Define and own the technical architecture for enterprise-grade, scalable solutions on open-source platforms.<br/><br/>- Lead the design of microservices-based architectures, ensuring modularity, performance, and maintainability.<br/><br/>- Drive performance tuning strategies for high-volume, low-latency platforms.<br/><br/>- Ensure adherence to security best practices, compliance requirements, and secure coding standards.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with product, DevOps, and engineering teams to establish cloud-native solutions (AWS/GCP/Azure).<br/><br/>- Evaluate and adopt open-source frameworks, libraries, and tools to optimize solution design.<br/><br/>- Mentor developers and enforce coding, testing, and architectural standards.<br/><br/>- Conduct proof of concepts (PoCs) for new frameworks and approaches.<br/><br/> Required Skills & Experience :</p><p><br/></p><p>- 12+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in an architect role.<br/><br/>- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Express.js, REST, GraphQL.<br/><br/>- Proven experience in designing large-scale distributed systems and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.)<br/><br/>- Deep knowledge of microservices, APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience in performance optimization, caching strategies (Redis, Memcached), and database tuning NoSQL).<br/><br/>- Strong understanding of security principles, OWASP, and identity management (OAuth2, JWT, SAML, OpenID Connect).<br/><br/>- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).<br/><br/>- Strong communication and leadership skills to engage with cross-functional stakeholders.</p> (ref:hirist.tech)
