Role: AI Architect – Agentic Systems

Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to lead the design and development of agentic AI systems leveraging AWS cloud services.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of multi-agent orchestration , LLM-based reasoning , and cloud-native AI architectures , combined with strong technical leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.

This role requires a balance of hands-on architecture design , strategic solutioning , and mentorship , enabling large-scale, reliable, and secure AI systems for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design for agentic AI platforms using AWS services such as Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, OpenSearch, and DynamoDB .
  
  
• Define multi-agent orchestration strategies for end-to-end data workflows, validation, and automation.
  
  
• Evaluate and recommend design trade-offs between LLM-based reasoning , rule-based systems , and hybrid AI models for performance, scalability, and interpretability.
  
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders , product managers , and engineering teams to align architecture with strategic goals and delivery outcomes.
  
  
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI engineers, data scientists, and DevOps teams on agent-based design principles and implementation patterns.
  
  
• Establish architecture blueprints , best practices , and governance standards for secure, scalable, and production-grade AI solutions.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field (PhD preferred).
  
  
• 8–12 years of experience in AI/ML solution development , including 3–5 years in cloud-native AI architecture .
  
  
• Hands-on expertise across AWS AI/ML services — Bedrock, SageMaker, Comprehend, Textract, Kendra, and Lex.
  
  
• Strong proficiency with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, CrewAI, or AutoGen .
  
  
• Proven experience with workflow orchestration tools like AWS Step Functions, Apache Airflow, or Temporal .
  
  
• Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into scalable AI system architectures .
  
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to executive and delivery teams.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating LLMs with structured or unstructured data systems .
  
  
• Familiarity with multi-cloud architectures and AI deployment frameworks .
  
  
• Understanding of MLOps , model monitoring , and responsible AI governance .
