<p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Lead the architectural design and development of AI-powered, cloud-native platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive the adoption of event-driven and microservices architectures to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and frontend/backend engineers to design integrated AI solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Evaluate, select, and implement AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex, and ensure alignment with emerging standards like MCP and A2A.<br/><br/></p><p>- Define and implement best practices for API design, system security, identity and access management (RBAC, OAuth), and DevSecOps.<br/><br/></p><p>- Oversee implementation of modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue.js) with an emphasis on responsive design, accessibility, and component-driven development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Optimize frontend-backend integration using RESTful and gRPC APIs in multi-user SaaS environments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Docker, ECS/EKS), and cloud infrastructure on AWS.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Experience :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- 12+ years of experience in software engineering with 4+ years in architectural or technical leadership roles.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture, microservices, Docker, ECS/EKS, and API Gateways.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong background in cloud-native architecture and AWS services.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, LlamaIndex) and related orchestration standards (MCP, A2A).<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in frontend development with modern frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue.js), including component-driven design and state management.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in secure architecture design with RBAC, OAuth, and identity management systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of REST/gRPC APIs, SaaS environments, and frontend-backend synchronization.<br/><br/><b>Preferred Qualifications :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Prior experience in building platforms with AI/ML integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of DevOps, MLOps, and automated deployment strategies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Contributions to open-source AI or architectural frameworks are a plus.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
