The role involves leading a team of AI Engineers and Data Scientists, building production-grade AI systems, and delivering real-world business impact through advanced machine learning and natural language technologies.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Lead and mentor a team of AI Engineers and Data Scientists, fostering innovation and technical excellence.<br/><br/></p><p>- Architect, design, and deploy Generative AI and LLM-based applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Take end-to-end ownership of AI initiatives, from research and architecture to deployment and monitoring.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build scalable ML pipelines and production workflows aligned with MLOps best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to align AI strategy with </p><p>organizational goals.<br/><br/></p><p>- Define system architecture integrating AI solutions with cloud and enterprise platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure high standards of code quality, documentation, and reproducibility.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with proven deployment of production systems.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong expertise in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn) and ML frameworks (PyTorch, </p><p>TensorFlow).<br/><br/></p><p>- Deep knowledge of NLP, LLMs, and Generative AI.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with web frameworks (Flask, FastAPI, Django).<br/><br/></p><p>- Cloud expertise (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with hands-on deployment experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL, Git, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and MLOps practices.<br/><br/><p><b>Preferred Qualifications : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Exposure to Big Data tools (Apache Spark, Kafka, Kinesis).</p><p><br/></p>- Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML).<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
