We’re lookingfor an experienced AI Engineer to design, build, and optimize AI-powered solutions thatenhance workflows, intelligence, and automation across our platform—particularlythrough agentic workflows powered by LLMs deployed via AWS Bedrock and othermodern AI infrastructure.Key Responsibilities• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and pipelines to support productfeatures and internal automation needs• Build and integrate agentic workflows that allow AI agents to operate acrossmultiple systems, take actions, and orchestrate end-to-end processes within ourSaa S platform• Leverage AWS Bedrock and other cloud-native AI platforms to deploy and scaleLLMs in production environments• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business analysts to translatecustomer workflows into AI-powered solutions• Fine-tune and optimize LLMs and other generative AI models for domain-specificuse cases in behavioral healthcare• Develop AI agents and services that improve efficiency in documentation, claims,credentialing, and patient management workflows• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure high-quality, structureddatasets for training and evaluation• Evaluate, benchmark, and integrate third-party AI APIs and tools where beneficial• Monitor model performance in production, ensuring reliability, scalability, andcompliance with US healthcare requirements• Implement guardrails, prompt engineering techniques, and responsible AI practicesto deliver safe, accurate, and explainable outputs• Partner with QA and Dev Ops to ensure robust testing, deployment, and monitoringof AI features• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML and proactively suggestapplications relevant to healthcare Saa SRequirements• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2+ years hands-onexperience deploying models in production environments• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with frameworks like Py Torch,Lang Chain or similar.• Experience building AI agentic workflows (multi-step reasoning, tool use, actionexecution) in real-world applications• Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock, Sage Maker, or other cloud-native AI/MLservices• Experience with fine-tuning and deploying large language models (LLMs) orgenerative AI solutions• Solid understanding of NLP, information retrieval, embeddings, and promptengineering• Experience working in enterprise Saa S environments; familiarity with healthcare orinsurance domains is a strong plus• Understanding of data engineering concepts (ETL pipelines, SQL/No SQL databases,APIs, cloud data storage)• Ability to balance research and experimentation with pragmatic product-drivenimplementation• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong collaboration across cross-functional,globally distributed teams• Based in Pune and open to hybrid work (2–3 days/week onsite)• Immediate joiners highly preferredWhat We Offer• Opportunity to apply cutting-edge AI and agentic workflows on AWS Bedrock totransform behavioral healthcare in the US• Transparent and collaborative work culture with direct access to leadership• High-ownership role with scope to shape AI strategy and product innovation• Hybrid flexibility and competitive compensation based on experience and skills• HR will share additional benefits
