<p><p><b>Job Title : </b> Senior AI Engineer</p><br/><p><b>About Logiciel Solutions</b></p><br/><p>Logiciel Solutions is a service-based company specializing in building, launching, and scaling SaaS products.</p><br/><p>Since 2011, we have partnered with startups to turn innovative ideas into successful, market-ready solutions.</p><br/><p>We enable startups to accelerate their SaaS journey and achieve long-term, sustainable growth.</p><br/><p>With expertise across modern tech stacks, proven project management practices, and a customer-first approach, weve helped businesses evolve from startup to scale-up.</p><br/><p>Our mission is to deliver impactful, result-oriented SaaS products that transform industries and empower businesses globally.</p><br/><p><b>Job Overview : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>We are looking for a AI Engineer with a strong engineering background (Full Stack, Backend, or Python development) who has successfully transitioned into AI/ML.</p><br/><p>The ideal candidate will combine solid software engineering skills with expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and AI chatbot development.</p><br/><p>You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI-powered systems that leverage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), external data sources, and scalable cloud environments.</p><br/><p>This role requires someone who not only understands AI research but can build production-ready systems that integrate seamlessly with modern applications and business workflows.</p><br/><p><b>Key Responsibilities : AI & NLP Development : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Design, develop, and fine-tune LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5, LLaMA) for chatbots, virtual assistants, and text-generation tasks.</p><br/><p>- Exposure to Langgraph and Langchain.</p><br/><p>- Implement RAG to connect LLMs with external knowledge bases and databases for accurate, context-aware responses.</p><br/><p>- Apply advanced NLP techniques such as NER, intent recognition, sentiment analysis, and summarisation.</p><br/><p><b>AI Chatbot & System Engineering : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Develop and deploy AI-powered chatbots that integrate with databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.</p><br/><p>- Ensure scalable, low-latency, and reliable AI model performance in production environments.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to build end-to-end AI solutions integrated into SaaS products.</p><br/><p><b>Software Engineering & Integration : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Use your background in Python, MERN, MEAN, or Full Stack development to build robust pipelines and AI applications.</p><br/><p>- Implement APIs, backend services, and scalable infrastructure to support AI/ML workloads.</p><br/><p>- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to enable intelligent data retrieval for AI models.</p><br/><p><b>Continuous Improvement : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Stay updated on the latest trends in Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP frameworks.</p><br/><p>- Optimize deployed systems for performance, scalability, and user experience.</p><br/><p>- Troubleshoot and improve AI models through experimentation and feedback loops.</p><br/><p><b>Mandatory Skills : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Software Engineering : Proven experience as a Full Stack, Backend, or Python developer (MERN/MEAN/Python frameworks).</p><br/><p>- Generative AI & LLMs : Hands-on experience with GPT, BERT, T5, LLaMA, or other transformer-based models.</p><br/><p>- RAG Architectures : Practical knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation for enhancing AI responses with external data.</p><br/><p>- NLP : Strong grasp of text processing, intent detection, entity recognition, and summarisation.</p><br/><p>- Chatbot Development : Building and deploying intelligent conversational agents with real-time interaction capabilities.</p><br/><p>- Frameworks & Libraries : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, NLTK.</p><br/><p>- Database Integration : SQL/NoSQL database interaction within AI workflows.</p><br/><p>- Programming Languages : Python (primary), plus exposure to JavaScript/TypeScript for full-stack integration.</p><br/><p>- Cloud Technologies : AWS, GCP, or Azure for scalable AI deployment.</p><br/><p><b>Desirable Skills</b></p><br/><p>- Knowledge of distributed systems and deploying large-scale AI models.</p><br/><p>- Exposure to Reinforcement Learning, Self-Supervised Learning, or fine-tuning strategies for LLMs.</p><br/><p><b>Education & Experience</b></p><br/><p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.</p><br/><p>- 3+ years of experience as a Backend/Full Stack Developer (Python, MERN, or MEAN).</p><br/><p>- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI, NLP, and chatbot development.</p><br/><p>- Prior work on RAG-based AI systems and production deployment of chatbots is highly desirable.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
