<br/><br/><b>Position :</b> AI Manager<br/><br/><b>Total Experience :</b> 8y to 16y<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Chennai (Re-location Expenses reimbursed)<br/><br/><b>Work Mode :</b> Hybrid (3 days in Office)<br/><br/><b>Joining :</b> Immediate to 30 days<br/><br/><b>Interview Process :</b> 3 Tech rounds, Fitment round, HR round.<br/><br/><b>Important :</b> <b>Product Company Experience is a must, preferred engineering product :</b><br/><br/>a) Lead and mentor a team of algorithm engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and success.<br/><br/>b) Develop and maintain the infrastructure required for the deployment and execution of algorithms at scale.<br/><br/>c) Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to design and implement robust and scalable algorithmic solutions.<br/><br/>d) Optimize algorithm performance and resource utilization to meet business objectives.<br/><br/>e) Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in algorithm engineering and infrastructure technologies, and apply them to improve our systems.<br/><br/>f) Drive continuous improvement in development processes, tools, and methodologies.<br/><br/><b>Requirements :</b><br/><br/>a) Phd with 6 yrs industry exp or M.Tech + 8 yrs experience or B.tech + 10 yrs experience.<br/><br/>b) Minimum 1 yrs experience working as a Manager/Lead<br/><br/>c) 8yr+ in Machine learning, Artificial intelligence, Deep learning.<br/><br/>d) 2 to 3 years exp in Image processing & Computer vision (MUST Have)<br/><br/>e) Product/Semi-conductor/Hardware Manufacturing company experience (MUST Have)<br/><br/>f) 8Yr+ experience in programming languages such as Python, C++ and CUDA.
(MUST Have)<br/><br/>g) Experience with high performance computing, parallel programming and distributed systems.<br/><br/>h) Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading engineering teams.<br/><br/>i) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.<br/><br/>j) Strong communication and collaboration abilities.<br/><br/>k) Experience with GPU architecture and algo development toolkit like Docker, Apptainer.<br/><br/><b>Minimum Qualifications :</b><br/><br/>a) BE/BS/BTech/MS/MTech degree in Computer Science/SW Engg/Electronics/Electrical Engg from a Tier1/Tier2 Institute<br/><br/><b>b) CGPA >= 8 during Bachelors and/or Masters</b></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
