<p><p><b>Description : </b>AIML Developer.<br/><br/><b>Experience :</b> 5 to 6 Years.<br/><br/><b>Location :</b> Pune.<br/><br/><b>Role Overview :</b><br/><br/>We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI Engineer to lead the design and development of intelligent solutions using Generative AI, Azure Document Intelligence and Azure OpenAI Services.<br/><br/>You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and impactful AI-driven applications for document processing, conversational AI, and enterprise automation.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b><br/><br/>- Design and implement solutions using Azure OpenAI (GPT, Codex, Embeddings) for enterprise use cases.<br/><br/>- Build and optimize document understanding workflows using Azure Document Intelligence (formerly Form Recognizer).<br/><br/>- Develop and fine-tune Generative AI models for summarization, classification, and conversational interfaces.<br/><br/>- Integrate AI models with business applications using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Power Platform.<br/><br/>- Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and product managers to define AI strategy and roadmap.<br/><br/>- Ensure model performance, scalability, and compliance with data governance and security standards.<br/><br/>- Conduct POCs and drive innovation in areas like intelligent document processing, virtual assistants, and financial automation.<br/><br/><b>Required Skills & Experience :</b><br/><br/>- 6 to 8 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 23 years in Generative AI and LLMs.<br/><br/>- Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI including prompt engineering, embeddings, and fine-tuning.<br/><br/>- Strong knowledge of Azure Document Intelligence (Form Recognizer, Layout, Custom Models).<br/><br/>- Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, and Azure SDKs.<br/><br/>- Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector databases (e.g., Azure AI Search, FAISS).<br/><br/>- Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment in Azure.<br/><br/>- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.<br/><br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
