<p><p><b>Job Title</b> : Technical Manager (RPA)<br/><br/> <b>Location</b> : Bengaluru, India (Hybrid)<br/><br/> Minimum 12 years of relevant experience.<br/><br/> <b>Top Skills :</b><br/><br/> - End-to-End application lifecycle<br/><br/> - Robotic Process Automation<br/><br/> - UiPath<br/><br/> - Agile Methodologies<br/><br/> - Certifications PMP/SAFe/Togaf<br/><br/> <b>Job Description :</b><br/><br/> - Technically lead and manage Business Analysts, technical architects and developers including assignment of work.<br/><br/> - Assists RTE to manage SI Partners by helping to provide partner day to day direction on prioritization and decisions.<br/><br/> - Performs deliverable reviews and manage measurement of deliverable quality.<br/><br/> - Assists to maintain development standards for design, coding etc.<br/><br/> - Act as liaison between SI partner team and stakeholders.<br/><br/> - Ensure technical team alignment with business expectations and delivery roadmap.<br/><br/> - Will liaise and consult with the Solution Architecture team to ensure design alignment with clients architecture strategy.<br/><br/> - Provide technical SME assistance for the Applications under your remit.<br/><br/> - Estimate work requests at various levels of confidence.<br/><br/> - Partners with Release Management to Coordinate Release Activities.<br/><br/> - Works with Operational Change Management team to ensure training materials and release notes are being delivered.<br/><br/> - Assist in Deployment Activities as required.<br/><br/> - Ensure full compliance to client's standards of the products for the business (incl.Security & Data Privacy).<br/><br/> - Act as liaison between SI Partner team and stakeholders.<br/><br/> - Solid experience working in an Agile environment.<br/><br/> - Assist in Coordinating and Participate in Agile Ceremonies as required.<br/><br/> - Monitor Agile ceremonies and activities to ensure compliance with Digital Factory standards.<br/><br/> <b>Required Skills and Abilities :</b><br/><br/> - Relevant years of hands-on work experience coding and developing complex applications.<br/><br/> - Relevant years of experience working in an Agile environment.<br/><br/> - Effective problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job done.<br/><br/> - Proficient in use of JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, team city and Data dog.<br/><br/> - Timely and accurate completion of deliverables in a manner that is auditable, testable, and maintainable.<br/><br/> - Implementation consistent with solution design and business specifications.<br/><br/> - Ensure maintenance of technical integrity of changes made to systems.<br/><br/> - Adherence to development governance & SDLC standards.<br/><br/> - Team leadership abilities required, including experience leading and mentoring the team.<br/><br/> - Must be able to set priorities and multi-task.<br/><br/> - Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization, a business expertise is a plus.<br/><br/> - Prior work experience with Automation Technologies, creating strategic roadmaps and executing on those.<br/><br/> - Bachelors degree in the field of computer science, information systems or a related field.<br/><br/> <b>Desired Skills and Abilities :</b><br/><br/> - Proficiency with multiple application delivery models including Agile, iterative and waterfall.<br/><br/> - Deep understanding of application development and support technologies.<br/><br/> - Prior work experience in an insurance or technology field preferred.<br/><br/> - Experience working with multiple vendor partners.<br/><br/> - Adaptable to new/different strategies, programs, technologies, practices, cultures, etc.<br/><br/> - Comfortable with change, able to easily make transitions.<br/></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
