<p><p><b>Metro Global Solution Center (MGSC)</b> is internal solution partner for METRO, a 29.8 Billion international wholesaler with operations in 31 countries through 661 stores & a team of 93,000 people globally.<br/><br/>Metro operates in a further 10 countries with its Food Service Distribution (FSD) business and it is thus active in a total of 34 countries.<br/><br/>MGSC, location wise is present in Pune (India), D- sseldorf (Germany) and Szczecin (Poland).<br/><br/>We provide IT & Business operations support to 31 countries, speak 24+ languages and process over 18,000 transactions a day.<br/><br/>We are setting tomorrows standards for customer focus, digital solutions, and sustainable business models.<br/><br/>For over 10 years, we have been providing services and solutions from our two locations in Pune and Szczecin.<br/><br/>This has allowed us to gain extensive experience in how we can best serve our internal customers with high quality and passion.<br/><br/>We believe that we can add value, drive efficiency, and satisfy our customers.<br/><br/>Website: Size: 600-650.<br/><br/>Headquarters: Pune, Maharashtra, India.<br/><br/>Type: Privately Held.<br/><br/>Inception: 2011.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Job role matters to us.<br/><br/>If you choose to join us, you will be.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Position Overview:</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p>- He/ She is responsible for leading all facets of a change management program.<br/><br/>- He/ She creates leads & manages business change management planning, design, development, and execution of the people side of change initiatives.<br/><br/>- Supports impacted employees, leaders, and all stakeholders in their change efforts to maximize change adoption and absorption.<br/><br/>- Are you ready to be the People side of Change?</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Job Description :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p><p><b>Major Leads the planning, coordination, and execution of change initiatives across the organization.<br/><br/>- Ability to create and drive CM strategy.<br/><br/>- Develop change management plans, communication & stakeholder engagement plans.<br/><br/>- Drives Change impact and other practices related to CM.<br/><br/>- Develop & implement strategy on communication, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, training, etc.<br/><br/>- Strong Stakeholder planning and management.</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Other Key develop, and implement:<br/><br/>- Organizational change management strategies and methodologies.<br/><br/>- Develop Communication strategies, stakeholder engagement activities and content to drive adoption and sustainability of change.<br/><br/>- Developing Feedback mechanisms using the above that enable development and improvement of transformation workstreams.<br/><br/>- Analysis, data collection, and feedback efforts to provide insights into change efforts.<br/><br/>- Timely and effective implementation of Change Strategies to drive faster and sustainable adoption of the change.<br/><br/>- Own & implement framework, specific change plans.<br/><br/>- Adherence to Scope, Time & Cost as required by your project.<br/><br/>- Own, develop and implement customized communications and engagement strategies across stakeholders.<br/><br/>- Efficient risk management - Predict risks before they occur, escalate, communicate as needed.<br/><br/>- Conduct Change Impact Analysis, evaluation and ensuring the readiness for change.<br/><br/>- Design behavioral / engagement interventions and strategies to manage stakeholder relationships.<br/><br/>- Able to define/design communication artefacts based on project requirement like (Newsletter, Mailers, Snippets etc.<br/><br/>- Assess and monitor change adoption and behavioral shifts.<br/><br/>- Develop a Risk management strategy: Identify Risk / Resistance, analyze and plan for mitigation and build communication / escalation plans.<br/><br/>- Flexible and creative ability to propose innovative ideas, build empathy within the firm and win the trust of the Time MBA (Preferred)</p><p><br/></p><p><b>Work Relevant 5 to 7 years in Organization Change Management with focus on Change Management/ Transformation Management applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools for implementing change programs.<br/><br/>- Experience in leading projects with project management expertise and experience is an added advantage.<br/><br/>- Leadership skills, C-Level communication, Conflict management, Stakeholder management, Change management, Project management, Team management, AGILE ways of Change management certification (Prefer PROSCI, APMG certified professionals) Requirements:</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- MS Office Suite/ Teams.<br/><br/>- Experience in leading / delivering large scale complex change initiatives.</p><br/></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
