Delivery of Behavioural/ Soft Skills Training Programs for Middle & Senior Management.
Lead training programs from the stage of planning to vendor management to post-training effectiveness.
Plan Quarterly Training Calendars
Content Development for online & offline training
Vendor Management- for leadership training / training programs.
Learning Budget -manage the budget for learning and development programs, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
Building relationships with stakeholders- build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization
