Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Amazon Seller Central operations
- Create and optimize product listings
- Monitor account health metrics and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, stock, and order management
- Handle catalog errors, listing issues, and open cases with Amazon support
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns, promotions, and coupons
- Conduct competitor research and keyword analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Requirements
- Experience in Amazon account management or e-commerce operations.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon policies and marketplace processes.
- Good skills in MS Excel, keyword research, and data analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple product categories in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Amazon Ads and PPC campaigns.
- Familiarity with SEO and marketplace trends.
- Knowledge of e-commerce tools and software Skills.
