<p><p><b>Description : </b><br/><br/></p><p><br/>We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 and O) with a strong focus on Production and Manufacturing modules.

The role involves working on client engagements, leading requirement workshops, delivering solutions, and ensuring successful implementations in manufacturing industries.<br/><br/><b>Roles and Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Lead and participate in D365 F and O implementations, upgrades, and support projects for manufacturing clients.<br/><br/></p><p><br/> - Conduct requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for Production and Manufacturing processes.<br/><br/></p><p>Configure D365 F and O modules including : <br/><br/></p><p><br/> - Production control and Manufacturing execution (MES)<br/><br/></p><p><br/> - Product information management (BOMs, Routes, Resources)<br/><br/></p><p><br/> - Shop floor control and Resource scheduling<br/><br/></p><p><br/> - Master planning and Production scheduling<br/><br/></p><p><br/> - Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) and collaborate with technical teams for - Support data migration, integrations, and testing cycles (SIT, UAT).<br/><br/></p><p><br/> - Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and change management support.<br/><br/></p><p><br/> - Act as a trusted advisor to clients by recommending best practices and process improvements.<br/><br/></p><p><br/> - Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations.<br/><br/></p><p><br/> - Collaborate with cross-functional consulting teams (Finance, SCM, Quality, Warehousing) to ensure integrated solutions.<br/><br/></p><p><br/> - Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for strategic finance transformation initiatives.<br/><br/></p><p><br/> - Stay up to date with Microsoft product updates and advise clients on best practices to leverage new functionality.<br/><br/></p><p><br/> - Collaborate across development, testing, and integration teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.<br/><br/></p><p><br/> - Mitigate project risks through proactive planning, stakeholder engagement, and issue resolution.<br/><br/></p><p><br/> - Working knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes and modules in Dynamics 365 Finance/Operations will be an added advantage.<br/><br/><b>Skills and Attributes : </b><br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F and O and Dynamics AX 2012 R3.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- 7-10 years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F and O / AX.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Proven expertise in Production and Manufacturing modules within D365 F and O.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Strong knowledge of end-to-end manufacturing industry processes (discrete/process industries).<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Experience in at least 2 full-cycle D365 F and O implementations.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Excellent skills in requirement gathering, solution mapping, and functional documentation.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Strong client-facing skills with ability to lead workshops and presentations.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Experience integrating D365 with Power Platform, Azure Services, and third-party tools.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies and use of Azure DevOps.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to design scalable and sustainable solutions.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.<br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, data governance, and security standards.<br/><br/><b>Additional Skills : </b><br/><br/></p><p><br/>- Experience with other D365 F and O Modules like SCM.
