Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations for the Banking process, ensuring excellence in delivery and performance.
- Lead, motivate, and guide teams to achieve operational and client KPIs.
- Analyze performance metrics and implement effective action plans for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, quality, and process standards.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Operations Management (preferably in Banking/Financial domain).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
