We are looking for a professional Assistant operations manager to coordinate and oversee our organization’s operations.
Responsibilities
Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective wayImprove operational management systems, processes and best practicesPreparing/updating reports.
Presenting it to the management.Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliantFormulate strategic and operational objectivesExamine financial data and use them to improve profitabilityManage budgets and forecastsPerform quality controls and monitor production KPIsRecruit, train and supervise staffFind ways to increase quality of customer serviceMeeting clients and briefing them about the services and converting them into business. Requirements
Proven work experience in concept selling/selling subscription.Should have experience in creating Reports using Excel, Pivot table, graphs etcPreparing PresentationExperience budgeting and forecastingFamiliarity with business and financial principlesExcellent communication skillsShould have experience in managing people.Outstanding organisational skillsDegree in Business, Operations Management or related field
