Job description

Job Title: Assistant Project Manager – SaaS Projects
Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite – Work from Office)
Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
Role Overview
We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager who will coordinate projects across our internal technology teams including WordPress (PHP) and .NET developers to enhance and connect our digital platforms.
This role will focus on managing website development initiatives and facilitating the integration of Relay’s internal system, Relay Central, with our main website.

You’ll also work closely with US-based stakeholders, helping turn business needs into well-executed technical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
1.

Website Development Coordination (WordPress & PHP)
- Collaborate with internal WordPress developers to manage website enhancement, maintenance, and new feature rollouts.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams for content updates, visual consistency, and new initiatives.
- Track development progress, testing, and deployment schedules.
- Understand PHP-based WordPress functionality to facilitate effective communication between teams.
- Conduct quality checks and gather feedback before releases.
2.

Relay Central (.NET Platform) Integration
- Work closely with internal .NET developers to connect Relay Central with the corporate website through APIs or custom modules.
- Document requirements, map workflows, and align objectives between both platforms.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and ensure smooth data exchange between systems.
3.

Project Coordination & Documentation
- Maintain detailed project plans, track deliverables, and ensure all teams are aligned on priorities.
- Schedule and lead regular sync-ups with developers and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare concise progress reports, track dependencies, and escalate issues when needed.
- Maintain documentation of technical requirements, version updates, and deployment checklists.
4.

Stakeholder Communication
- Act as a bridge between India-based tech teams and US stakeholders.
- Gather business requirements, communicate updates, and align on goals, milestones, and timelines.
- Present status reports and insights clearly and confidently to non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or assistant project management, preferably in a technology or web development environment.
- Understanding of WordPress, PHP, .NET, API integrations, and basic database concepts.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially for coordination with international teams.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello is preferred.
