Recrutement et intégration
-Participer au recensement des besoins en ressources humaines (pour le personnel permanent, intérimaire et journalier) et les faire valider par le Chef du Département ;
- Assister le Chef du Département dans le processus de recrutement du personnel conformément aux procédures établies ;
- Préparer les dossiers d’entretiens d’embauche ;
- Aider les nouvelles recrues dans leur parcours d’intégration ;
- Collecter tous les documents de service (tests, rapports de recrutement), et individuels (CV, diplômes, état-civil, etc.) relatifs aux recrutements et les transmettre à l’Assistant Administratif RH pour exploitation et classement ;
- Recenser les besoins en matériels de travail des nouvelles recrues et s’assurer de leur disponibilité (bureau, véhicule, crédit téléphonique, ordinateur, etc.) ;
- Recueillir les plannings hebdomadaires et mensuels de recrutement du personnel intérimaire auprès des responsables de service, les soumettre au Chef de Département pour validation par la Direction Générale, et assurer le suivi de leur exécution par les sociétés d’intérim ;
- Servir de liaison entre le Chef de Département, les responsables de service et le représentant des sociétés d’intérim pour les ajustements urgents de main-d’œuvre.
- Faire un reporting hebdomadaire et mensuel sur les recrutements effectifs des intérimaires et des journaliers
Développement RH
- Participer à la mise en œuvre du système d’évaluation du personnel ;
- Elaborer le calendrier des évaluations et informer le Chef de Département des retards d’exécution ;
- Etablir les fiches d’évaluation et en assurer l’exploitation ex-post (recensement des mesures en découlant qui impactent la carrière des employés) ;
- Participer au recensement des besoins en formation en relation avec les responsables de service, notamment par l’exploitation des fiches d’évaluation ;
- Participer à l’élaboration des plans et programmes de formation du personnel ;
- Assurer le suivi de l’exécution des programmes de formation validés ;
- S’assurer que les évaluations à chaud et ex-post des formations sont régulièrement effectuées ;
- Participer à l’élaboration des fiches de poste en rapport avec les responsables administratifs et opération ;
