<p><p><b>Responsibilities :</b></p><p><br/>- Work in an Agile development approach, and participate in scoping the project and timelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Own the delivery and manage expectations with stakeholders for their module/application.<br/><br/></p><p>- Work closely with architects and other team members to formulate and execute project plans.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive from concept to delivery, adhering to quality standards and timelines amidst ambiguous inputs.<br/><br/></p><p>- Manage cross-functional teams consisting of developers, vendors, and business users.<br/><br/></p><p>- Resolve conflicts and drive issues to resolution.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead the delivery independently with minimal supervision, ensuring a high level of efficiency.</p><br/><p><b>Requirements :</b><br/><br/>- BE/B.
Tech(CSE, Electronics preferred) and 7+ Years of relevant experience.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding and experience in Agile SDLC approach.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong experience in building scalable applications in Python, Flask, Dask, Celery, and PySpark.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding and/or basic working experience in front-end technologies - ReactJS.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working with API Gateways (NGINX preferred) and AD authentication<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in testing frameworks (Junit/Mockito or Selenium/Cucumber).<br/><br/></p><p>- Working experience in Angular.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working with SQL/NoSQL databases (Postgres, CouchDB preferred), design, and queries.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience working with any messaging system (KAFKA preferred), Docker, and Kubernetes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Working knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud, Kubernetes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Clear understanding of CS Algorithms and design patterns.<br/><br/></p><p>- Good project management skills, including planning, risk management, and issue resolution.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent leadership and communication skills.</p><p></p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
