<p><br/><p><b>About ACA :</b></p><br/><p>ACA Group is the leading governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) advisor in financial services.</p><br/><p>We empower our clients to reimagine GRC and protect and grow their business.</p><br/><p>Our innovative approach integrates consulting, managed services, and our ComplianceAlpha technology platform with the specialized expertise of former regulators and practitioners and our deep understanding of the global regulatory landscape.</p><br/><p><b>Position Summary :</b></p><br/><p>This role is integral to the daily operations of our technology support team, with a specific focus on the personal trading components of ACA Technology platforms.</p><br/><p>This includes identifying issues, troubleshooting, offering guidance on corrective measures, and managing system configurations.</p><br/><p>This would include maintaining data integrity and providing support to clients.</p><br/><p>The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues within MS-SQL efficiently.</p><br/><p><b>Job Duties :</b></p><br/><p>- Perform in-depth analysis, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of incidents related to clients' trades, holdings, and securities.</p><br/><p>- Utilize MS-SQL to analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical and data anomalies.</p><br/><p>- Good to have knowledge on REST APIs as well and using POSTMAN</p><br/><p>- Fully manage support cases by logging, monitoring, updating, prioritizing, and resolving calls, emails, and indirect inquiries promptly.</p><br/><p>- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve data-related issues efficiently.</p><br/><p>- Daily use of MS SQL, to search for issues and to write scripts to fix data within the database.</p><br/><p>- Work collaboratively with developers and product owners to identify corrective actions or effective workarounds for incident resolution.</p><br/><p>- Provide expert guidance on corrective actions and system configuration adjustments.</p><br/><p>- Provide recommendations to key stakeholders and leadership, using insights to advocate for both internal and external users.</p><br/><p>- Document processes, resolutions, and best practices to enhance team knowledge.</p><br/><p><b>Preferred :</b></p><br/><p><b>Preferred Education and Experience :</b></p><br/><p>- Proficient in analytical skills, adept at resolving issues through troubleshooting.</p><br/><p>- Familiarity with financial concepts, including understanding transactions, holdings, and securities.</p><br/><p>- Bachelors degree, with a preference for a concentration in technology or finance.</p><br/><p><b>Qualifications :</b></p><br/><p>- Exceptional command of the English language, with advanced reading, writing, and comprehension skills.</p><br/><p>- Highly proficient in MS SQL, with demonstrated expertise in writing, interpreting, and understanding of stored procedures.</p><br/><p>- Solid financial analytical acumen, with practical knowledge of financial instruments and concepts such as transactions, holdings, and securities.</p><br/><p>- Understanding of API calls and their role in data integration and system interoperability.</p><br/><p>- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and effectively organize tasks in a dynamic environment.</p><br/><p>- Proven success in fast-paced, small-team environments, with a collaborative and adaptable mindset.</p><br/><p>- Highly motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to self-learning and professional development.</p><br/><p>- Willingness to contribute to both internal initiatives and client-facing projects</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
