Role and Responsibilities


Essential Parameters:


  1. Experience in delivering Supply Chain Consulting and Digital Services to Indian Clients.

    The person should have worked for a minimum of 3 to 5 years in a Leadership position
  2. A strong network of client contacts in the Indian context – specifically in Manufacturing, AUTOMOTIVE, Logistics, CPG, Pharma industry verticals.
  3. Strong communication skills – written, oral, presentation, documentation
  4. Outcomes driven, Execution Focused, Empathetic to the employees while ensuring Business Goals are not compromised
  5. Experience of consistently Scaling large Accounts through visible Thought Leadership

Desirable Parameters:


  1. Track record of managing client senior leadership – CXO level across multiple functional areas
  2. Ability to collaborate across multiple solution spaces to create a solution that works for specific client context
  3. Ability to identify relevant SME talent within the organisation and be able to recommend them for relevant positions of Customer organisation for delivering excellence
