What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director to lead our Generative AI engineering initiatives.

This leadership role combines deep technical expertise in back-end development with strategic team management, specifically focusing on C#, Java, and Python technologies.

You will drive the architecture, development, and integration of AI capabilities, particularly Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT, into our existing web application ecosystem while leading a team of talented engineers to deliver transformative AI solutions.



Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; master's preferred
  • Leadership Experience: 3+ years of engineering management experience with teams of 4+ people
  • Technical Expertise: 7+ years of experience building enterprise-scale software with C#, .NET, and modern web frameworks
  • AI/ML Background: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Large Language Models, machine learning frameworks, or AI application development
  • Cloud Proficiency: Advanced experience with AWS services; deep knowledge of serverless architectures (Lambda, SQS, API Gateway)
  • Frontend Knowledge: Strong understanding of modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue) and their integration with AI services
Preferred Qualifications
  • AI Expertise: Extensive experience with LLMs, OpenAI API, Azure AI Services, or similar platforms
  • Framework Experience: Proficiency with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or other AI orchestration frameworks
  • Enterprise Architecture: Experience designing and implementing large-scale, distributed AI systems
  • Agile Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Business Acumen: Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
