The Senior Systems Engineer will guide projects through the entire system lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company objectives.
Additionally, this role requires the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders while adapting communication styles to complex organizational challenges.Exp- 5+ YearsLocation – HyderabadDesignation – Senior System EngineerWork mode- In officeSkill set- Finding system integration, High level design, RTM, UAT with device experienceMax ctc expectations- don’t go beyond 25-26 LPAESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and guide technical teams in requirements decomposition, system design, development, and integration efforts.
Provide advanced technical oversight on project execution, ensuring that all system requirements, architectures, and designs align with customer and contract specifications.Tackle complex issues using advanced analysis and problem-solving skills.
Adapt existing methodologies and develop new approaches to address system challenges, ensuring high-quality outcomes.Serve as a technical consultant and project/program-level subject matter expert, advising internal teams and customers on complex matters.
Collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders to ensure system solutions meet both technical and operational requirements.Act as a liaison with customers and external partners, providing technical direction, influencing solution strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Mentor junior team members, fostering technical growth and leadership development within the engineering team.Lead risk assessments, trade studies, and system modeling to support decision-making and ensure that technical risks are mitigated throughout the project lifecycle.Lead the development of system verification and validation plans, ensuring all system elements meet performance standards and customer requirements.Actively contribute to proposal efforts, offering technical advice, developing system architectures, and preparing cost estimates.Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.
Actively participate in the refinement of systems engineering processes and practices, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.Develop relationships with key partners, ensuring effective collaboration and communication to meet project objectives.BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5+ years of experience working in a software driven technology environment5+ years of experience working with engineering projects involving complex systems5+ years directing teams on system definitionFormal Systems Engineering/Solution Architecture experienceExperience at a team level in development or technology integration teamsFamiliarity with Software Development Life Cycles using both Waterfall and Agile approachesAware of software development best practice and able to apply standards and procedures effectivelyExperience working in Transport devices.Interested?
