<p><p><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP solutions including Reports, Dialog Programming, User Exits, BADIs, Smart Forms, ALV </p><p>reports, RFCs, and other SAP development tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and enhance SAP interfaces using BAPI, RFC, ALE/IDoc, and data conversion tools like BDC/LSMW.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build and maintain Adobe Forms, CDS Views, OData services, and SAP Fiori applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Translate functional specifications into detailed SAP ABAP technical specifications and ensure alignment with business requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Optimize ABAP programs and database queries to improve system performance, especially on SAP HANA platforms.<br/><br/></p><p>- Implement enhancements using explicit and implicit BADIs and enhancement frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with functional teams and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality and customer-centric solutions.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure solution quality and reliability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Follow SAP development best practices and adhere to coding standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP ABAP related issues.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain documentation for developed solutions and Qualifications & Skills :</b></p><p><br/></p></p><p>- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development, including HANA ABAP/ABAP Objects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong experience in Dialog Programming, User-Exits, BADIs, Smart Forms, ALV, RFCs, and related SAP technologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficient in ABAP Reports, OData services, Interfaces (BAPI, RFC, ALE/IDoc), Conversions (BDC/LSMW), Enhancements (BADI, Implicit/Explicit), Forms (Adobe Forms), CDS Views, and SAP Fiori development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Expertise in SAP HANA database and performance optimization techniques.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions effectively.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a customer-focused mindset.<br/><br/></p><p>- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to interact with both technical and non-technical Skills :</b></p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5 development is highly desirable.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environment and migration projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
