<p><p><b>Description : </b></p><p><br/></p><p> The Associate Manager Implementation plays a pivotal role in the business and carries a high level of responsibility.
As well as overseeing all operational areas of the business, the role is central in supporting business growth.
He/she interfaces directly with both customers and providers.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities : </b><br/><br/><b>Implementation Leadership :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Lead the end-to-end implementation lifecycle - from requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, to post-go-live support.</p><p> <br/><br/>- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders.<br/><br/></p><p>- Translate business needs into technical and functional requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop detailed project implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure all configurations, integrations, and custom developments adhere to defined standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Oversee UAT, system testing, and data migration activities for smooth deployments.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive process optimization, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans proactively.<br/><br/><b>Team & Client Management : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Manage and mentor implementation engineers, analysts, and configuration specialists.<br/><br/></p><p>- Coordinate with client-side project managers and technical leads to ensure alignment and timely delivery.<br/><br/></p><p>- Conduct regular status reviews, progress reports, and stakeholder meetings.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and KPIs are consistently met.<br/><br/></p><p>- Support business development teams in pre-sales discussions, solution demonstrations, and </p><p>RFP responses.<br/><br/><b>Technical & Functional Expertise : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Perform hands-on system configuration, data setup, and integration with third-party applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions to client requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot technical issues, monitor system performance, and ensure post-implementation stability.<br/><br/></p><p>- Maintain comprehensive documentation - including technical specifications, configuration guides, and standard operating procedures.<br/><br/><p><b>Continuous Improvement : </b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Evaluate the implementation process for scalability, efficiency, and automation opportunities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Stay updated with emerging technologies, integration tools, and industry best practices.<br/></p><br/></p><p>- Champion continuous learning within the team to maintain technical excellence.<br/><br/><b>Technical Skills & Competencies : </b><br/><br/><b>Core Technical Proficiency :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Strong hands-on experience in system implementation and configuration within enterprise software (ERP/CRM/HRMS/Analytics/Cloud Platforms).<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and report generation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of API integrations, web services (REST/SOAP), and middleware tools.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.<br/><br/></p><p>- Understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana) and documentation platforms (Confluence, Notion).<br/><br/><b>Preferred Technical Exposure (depending on domain) : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- ERP Systems : SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics / Workday.<br/><br/></p><p>- CRM Platforms : Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho.<br/><br/></p><p>- Integration Tools : Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Postman, Zapier.<br/><br/></p><p>- Programming Knowledge : Basics of Python, Java, or JavaScript for automation or script </p><p>customization.<br/><br/></p><p>- Data Tools : Power BI, Tableau, or Excel for analytics and reporting.<br/><br/><b>Qualifications :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 6 - 10 years of experience in technology implementation, including 23 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.</p><p> <br/><br/>- Proven track record of implementing enterprise software or technology platforms across multiple clients or business units.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.<br/><br/><b>Soft Skills & Attributes :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Strong leadership and team management abilities.<br/><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- High attention to detail and organizational skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.<br/><br/></p><p>- Client-centric mindset with a focus on quality and long-term success.</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
