You are an excellent communicator, capable of quickly understanding the complex healthcare domain.<br/><br/>You are a tenacious yet agile learner who demonstrates design and engineering excellence.</p><br/><br/><p><b>The Team : </b> </p><p><br/></p><p>athena Insights provides customers with a differentiated analytics performance experience that makes it easy to glean and share practice performance insights, showcases athenas value and partnership, and delivers ongoing intelligence derived from the athena : </b><br/><br/></p><p>- Produce accurate, clear technical design specifications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Deliver high-quality software components and services, adhering to security, performance, longevity, and integration testing standards.<br/><br/></p><p>- Estimate development tasks in story points with a goal of 80% accuracy.<br/><br/></p><p>- Follow coding conventions, architecture standards, and best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Write, debug, and deploy code to production; deliver timely fixes.<br/><br/></p><p>- Adhere to Definition of Done (DoD) including unit tests, functional testing, code reviews, bug fixes, documentation.<br/><br/></p><p>- Perform peer code reviews.<br/><br/></p><p>- Master domain knowledge.<br/><br/></p><p>- Take ownership of team deliverables post-release; focus on customer adoption.<br/><br/></p><p>- Contribute to agile ceremonies and scrum meetings (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate across Technology and Product teams.<br/><br/></p><p>- Build strong relationships with cross-functional team members.</p><br/><br/><p><b>Education, Experience & Skills Required : </b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in an engineering role.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in an Agile environment preferred.<br/><br/></p><p>- Bachelors degree or equivalent.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong software engineering and debugging skills.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience developing and maintaining microservices and web applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Capable of contributing to front-end and back-end development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Proficiency in at least one core programming language (i.e. C++, Java, C#).<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong working knowledge of Python and Node.js/JavaScript.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases; exposure to big data systems or OLAP databases is a plus.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with object-oriented programming, relational databases, RESTful APIs, microservices, and modern JS frameworks like React.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to cloud-based service development;
