<p><p><b>Description :</b><br/><br/>Join us as we work to create a thriving ecosystem that delivers accessible, high-quality, and sustainable healthcare for all.<br/><br/>The Senior Implementation Analyst is responsible for supporting workflows and projects aimed at improving the efficiency and growth of athenahealths interoperability network or backbone.<br/><br/>This network supports the transmission of various healthcare documents including lab results, imaging results, patient demographics, charges, appointments and prescriptions between athena and a Trading Partner.<br/><br/>The Implementation Senior Analyst manages a large queue of projects for new Imports and existing table spaces build out and proactively identifies workflow deficiencies.<br/><br/>Additionally, the Senior Analyst will maintain relationships with vendors and work Production Support tasks as assigned.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To :</b><br/><br/>- Project management and Imports, including collector and clinical data;.<br/><br/>- Serves as a subject matter expert and assists the team with their questions.<br/><br/>- Should act as the go-to person for all process related issues.<br/><br/>- Communicating with clients, vendors and internal athena stakeholders to convey Import status and timelines;.<br/><br/>- Managing a high volume of projects and tasks with competing priorities;.<br/><br/>- Developing a comprehensive understanding of athenahealths healthcare transactions and how relationships between teams and their workflows influence complex problem solving.<br/><br/>- Identifying operational inefficiencies and process breakdowns;
